Welcome to Kyomi Bloom (“we,” “our,” “us”).

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in all Kyomi Bloom offerings,

including in-studio classes, virtual classes, workshops, courses and corporate services

such as yoga, chair yoga, breathwork and meditation provided for companies,

organisations, or events.

By booking, purchasing, or participating in any Kyomi Bloom service, you agree to these

Terms. If you do not agree, please do not participate.

1. Scope of Services

Kyomi Bloom provides movement, breathwork, meditation and somatic practices for:

• Individuals (in studio or online)

• Groups and events

• Corporate clients and organisations

All services are offered for educational and wellbeing purposes only.

They do not constitute medical treatment, psychotherapy or professional healthcare

services.

2. Health and Medical Disclaimer

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

Our services are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Participants

should consult a qualified healthcare professional before engaging in any physical or

breath-based practice, especially if they have a medical condition, injury, mental health

concern or are pregnant.

Corporate clients are responsible for informing their employees or participants of this

disclaimer.

3. Participant Responsibility and Assumption of RiskBy participating, you confirm that:

• You are physically and mentally able to participate

• You understand that yoga, breathwork and meditation involve physical and

physiological engagement

• You take full responsibility for your own wellbeing during sessions

• You will stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, emotional distress

or discomfort

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you assume all risks associated with participation.

4. Trauma-Informed Practice Notice

Kyomi Bloom practices are offered using a trauma-informed, choice-based approach.

Participation in any exercise or practice is optional.

This does not constitute therapy or mental health treatment.

5. Corporate Clients and Employer Responsibility

For corporate or event-based services:

• Kyomi Bloom acts solely as a service provider, not as an employer, healthcare

provider or risk assessor

• The corporate client is responsible for ensuring a safe environment and suitable

conditions for participation

• The corporate client is responsible for communicating health disclaimers and

participation guidelines to attendees

Kyomi Bloom is not liable for workplace injuries, pre-existing conditions or incidents

arising from the corporate setting.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Swiss law:

Kyomi Bloom, its instructors, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Injuries, losses or damages arising from participation

• Physical, emotional or psychological reactions to practices

• Misuse or misinterpretation of instructions

• Technical issues affecting virtual sessions

• Indirect or consequential damagesParticipation is entirely at the participant’s own risk.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kyomi Bloom from any claims, damages,

liabilities or expenses arising from:

• Your participation

• Your failure to follow instructions

• Any information you withhold regarding health or capacity

For corporate engagements, the corporate client agrees to indemnify Kyomi Bloom

against claims arising from employee participation, except in cases of gross negligence or

wilful misconduct.

8. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

Payment terms for individual and corporate services are communicated at booking or in

the contract.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all sales are final and non-refundable, including for missed classes or unused access.

Corporate invoices must be paid according to the agreed terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, methods, materials, recordings and documentation provided by Kyomi Bloom

remain the intellectual property of Kyomi Bloom.

Recording, reproducing or distributing content without prior written consent is strictly

prohibited.

10. User Conduct

Participants agree to behave respectfully and not disrupt sessions or other participants.Kyomi Bloom reserves the right to refuse participation without refund in cases of

inappropriate conduct.

11. Privacy

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy available at

www.kyomibloom.ch.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canton Zürich.
