Yin Yoga with Breath & Meditation

This slow, grounding class is a trauma-informed somatic practice designed to support nervous system regulation.

Through long-held yin postures, gentle functional breathwork and guided meditation, the practice invites the body to soften while cultivating awareness from within. Emphasis is placed on choice, sensation and pacing, allowing each participant to move and rest in a way that feels safe and supportive.

The class aims to reduce stress, create space and foster a sense of inner balance and calm. It is suitable for all levels and especially supportive for those seeking stillness, recovery or a quieter counterbalance to everyday demands.

Expect a calm atmosphere and time to fully unwind.

Duration: 60 minutes, 10:45-11:45am

Schedule: every 4 weeks

Meeting point: 

On P11 in front of the main entrance. Please arrive 15 minutes before the event starts, you will be picked up there. After 10:30am entry to the building is not guaranteed.

Please note that on sundays the mall's main entrance is closed. If this is your first time allow a little extra time to orient yourself to the meeting point.
