I’m Agnes, based in Switzerland, working in tech by day and deeply passionate about health, mindful movement and human potential. As a lifelong learner and wellness enthusiast, I explore how we can live better, move smarter and age with resilience.

What I Offer:

  • At Kyomi Bloom, I guide calm movement sessions, simple breathwork and grounding restorative practices that ease stress and support overall wellbeing. I work with individuals along with corporate teams and events. My aim is to help people feel centred, energised and more at ease in their bodies.

  • Podcast: Musings of a Curious Mind: I also host a space for thoughtful conversations, interviewing experts, sharing insights and inspiring connection. I produce it myself and invite you into the journey.
