What I Offer:
At Kyomi Bloom, I guide calm movement sessions, simple breathwork and grounding restorative practices that ease stress and support overall wellbeing. I work with individuals along with corporate teams and events. My aim is to help people feel centred, energised and more at ease in their bodies.
Podcast: Musings of a Curious Mind: I also host a space for thoughtful conversations, interviewing experts, sharing insights and inspiring connection. I produce it myself and invite you into the journey.

The class aims to reduce stress, create space and foster a sense of inner balance and calm. It is suitable for all levels and especially supportive for those seeking stillness, recovery or a quieter counterbalance to everyday demands.
Program 1: Designed for people who operate at a high cognitive or emotional load and want to stay sharp without burning out.
Program 2: Designed for people who feel overstimulated, depleted or stuck in survival mode and want to rebuild safety and rest from the ground up. Trauma-informed, somatic practices.
