Virtual hatha yoga with yin elements, breath work and meditation.

Join a calm, guided practice designed to release tension, steady the mind and help your body recover from the pace of daily life. Each 60-minute session blends the structure of hatha yoga with the stillness of yin, gentle breath work and a short meditation.

The focus is on nervous system balance, flexibility and inner stability - so you leave feeling clear, centered and quietly energised.

Classes are held once a month on Sunday mornings (10:30–11:30 CET). Perfect for those who wish to reset before a new week, whether you’re joining from home or while travelling.

Can’t attend live? Every participant receives the class recording, available for four weeks, so you can revisit the practice until the next session.
